Anday Ka Halwa Recipe/Egg Halwa


Preparation Time    5 Minutes

Cook Time               25 Minutes

Ingredients:

Egg  6

Ghee 1/4 cup

Sugar  8 tbsp

Milk  1/2 kg

Almond  as required

Pistachio  as required

Cardamom powder  1/2 tsp

Raisin   as required

Kewra water   1 tsp

Food color pinch

Method:

  1. In a blender add milk, sugar and egg blend them properly.
  2. In a wok add ghee and pour the beaten mixture and cook on low medium flame. keep stirring it until mixture become thick add food color, cardamom powder and  mix well.
  3. Cook until milk and sugar water dries up.
  4. Add pistachios, almond and raisins mix well.
  5. Cook on high flame until oil comes on surface.
  6. Add kewra water and give it a good mix.
  7. Egg dessert is ready.
