Qeema Bhari Shimla Mirch/Mince Stuffed Capsicum

Ingredients:

Qeema(beef,chicken,mutton)  1/2 kg

Capsicum  4 large

Green chili  4

Green coriander   3 to 4 tbsp

Mint leave  3 to 4 tbsp

Tomato  3 chopped

Onion    2 sliced

Coriander powder   1 tsp

Cumin powder   1 tsp

Turmeric powder   1/2 tsp

Red chili powder   1 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp

Black pepper  crushed 1 /2 tsp

Water   1 cup

All spice powder  1 tsp

Salt  to taste

Oil   4 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a pot add oil ,onion fry until golden brown .
  2. Add ginger garlic paste mix it.add beef mince stir and mix well.
  3. Add red chili powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder , black pepper ,salt and chopped tomatoes mix well cook until tomatoes are soft,cook on medium high flame until water is reduced.
  4. Add water cover and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Add coriander leave,green chilies,all spice powder and mix well.capsicum remove seed while a part.
  6. Stuffed hollow capsicum with mince and set a side
  7. Place stuffed capsicum  on remaining mince in a pot cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes on low flame. 
  8. Shimla mirch qeema is ready
  9. Serve  hot with naan and chapati.
