Ingredients:
Qeema(beef,chicken,mutton) 1/2 kg
Capsicum 4 large
Green chili 4
Green coriander 3 to 4 tbsp
Mint leave 3 to 4 tbsp
Tomato 3 chopped
Onion 2 sliced
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 /2 tsp
Water 1 cup
All spice powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- In a pot add oil ,onion fry until golden brown .
- Add ginger garlic paste mix it.add beef mince stir and mix well.
- Add red chili powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder , black pepper ,salt and chopped tomatoes mix well cook until tomatoes are soft,cook on medium high flame until water is reduced.
- Add water cover and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add coriander leave,green chilies,all spice powder and mix well.capsicum remove seed while a part.
- Stuffed hollow capsicum with mince and set a side
- Place stuffed capsicum on remaining mince in a pot cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.
- Shimla mirch qeema is ready
- Serve hot with naan and chapati.
