Kashmiri Pink Tea Recipe |

Ingredients:
Water 4 cup
Kashmiri green tea leave 3 tbsp
Milk as required
Almond crushed 2 tbsp
Pistachio crushed 2 tbsp
Green cardamom 5
Baking soda 1 /4 tsp
Sugar to taste
Method:
- In a large sauce pan add water, add kashmiri tea bring to boil.
- When the boil come add baking soda. lower the heat and keep cooking till the water is reduced to half the initial amount remove from fire.
- When the water is reduced add cold water mix well for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes you will see deep red bubbles on the surface of tea(kehwa is ready strain the liquid cool and store in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days).
- For making milk tea, add milk and green cardamon, add sugar, pour some kehwa .cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour in the serving cups and garnish with some crushed almonds and pistachios.
Note:
- You can adjust kehwa and milk ratio according to your taste.
