Homemade Beef Burger Recipe |

Ingredients:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Onion 1 chopped
Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
black pepper crushed
Egg 2
Bread crumb 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Burger bun as required
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Cheese slice as required
Lettuce leave
Tomato slice as required
Chili garlic sauce as required
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add onion and fry it.
- In a bowl add beef mince, fried onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, egg, bread crumb, salt black pepper crushed, red chili powder, soya sauce, chili sauce.
- Mix all the ingredients, marinate for one hour.
- Grease your palm, make burger patties and keep in freezer for half an hour .chilling the patties will help them hold together when cooked.
- This is also allows the flavor in the patties to blend and develop.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium low heat and fry patties on each side until brown and completely cook.
- Transfer the patties to a plate.
- Take burger buns and toast from both side.
- Make 2 pieces of bun ,bottom on bun spread mayonnaise,lettuce leave chili garlic sauce,cheese slice ,tomato slice place patty on top cover with bun. burger is ready.
- Serve it.
