Easy Grilled Chicken Recipe |

Ingredient:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 5 tbsp
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl add ginger garlic paste, crushed black pepper, lemon juice, red chili red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and oil 2 tbsp whisk until well combine.
- Now chicken marinade until evenly coated.
- Place a bowl in refrigerator at least 4 hour or overnight.
- Take a grill pan add 2 to 3 tbsp oil add chicken pieces.
- Grill chicken 8 to 10 minutes until mark appear on chicken.
- Transfer chicken to a platter and serve.
