Chicken Steak Recipe With Sauce And Fried Potato |

Ingredients:
Chicken breast 300 g
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp
For sauce
Garlic clove
Onion
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Water as required
Potato veges
Potato 2
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Chicken marination
- Divide chicken breast in to 4 parts
- Beat chicken breast with hammer with light hand.
- In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, red chili powder, black pepper, lemon juice, oil mix well.
- Marinate chicken breast in this mixture.
- Marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat grill pan add 2 tbsp oil grease pan.add chicken breast on the grill. turn the flame to medium.
- Cook on both side. cook till tender but do not overcook.
- Steak is ready, dish out in a plate.
Sauce:
- Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan add chopped garlic and onion fry it.
- Add black pepper, salt soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mix.
- (In a small bowl add water and corn flour mix it).
- Add this mixture in a sauce.cook for 2 minutes increase the flame. cook until the mixture is thick. turn of the flame.
- Steak sauce is ready.
Potato veges
- In a bowl add thick slice of potato add corn flour red chili powder salt mix all the ingredients.
- In a wok add oil fry potato until crispy.
- Arrange steak in a serving plate ,pour sauce on top.
- Serve with potato veges boil rice.
Note:
- If don't have a grill use simple pan or tawa.
