Palak Ghost Recipe/Beef With Spinach 


      Preparation time      20 Minutes

       Cook time               1 Hour 30 Minutes

        Serve                      4 

Ingredients:

Beef 1/2 kg

Spinach 1 kg thinly sliced

Onion 1 medium slice

Tomato 2 finally chopped

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Green chilies 2 to 3

All spice powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste

oil 4 tbsp

Method

  1. Heat oil in a large sauce pan add sliced of onion on medium heat fry onion till golden.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste stir few second.
  3. Add beef stir again add  coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder fry few minute.
  4.  Add chopped tomato, add salt stir again.
  5. Add 3 cup water cover it cook on low flame for 1 hour when beef is softened. add spinach cook on low flame.
  6. Over the pan and let the curry simmer till the water has dried out.
  7. Remove stove.
  8. Add all spice powder, green chilies.
  9. Serve hot chapati, naan.

Tip:

Blanche the spinach in boiling water for about 2 minutes drain the water.
