Palak Ghost Recipe/Beef With Spinach |
Preparation time 20 Minutes
Cook time 1 Hour 30 Minutes
Serve 4
Ingredients:
Beef 1/2 kg
Spinach 1 kg thinly sliced
Onion 1 medium slice
Tomato 2 finally chopped
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Green chilies 2 to 3
All spice powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a large sauce pan add sliced of onion on medium heat fry onion till golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste stir few second.
- Add beef stir again add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder fry few minute.
- Add chopped tomato, add salt stir again.
- Add 3 cup water cover it cook on low flame for 1 hour when beef is softened. add spinach cook on low flame.
- Over the pan and let the curry simmer till the water has dried out.
- Remove stove.
- Add all spice powder, green chilies.
- Serve hot chapati, naan.
Tip:
Blanche the spinach in boiling water for about 2 minutes drain the water.
