Homemade Chicken Roll  Paratha Recipe

Ingredients:

Marinate chicken

Chicken cut in cube 500 g

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Red chili powder 2 tbsp

Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp

Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Yogurt 1/4 cup

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

All spice powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil 2 tbsp

For paratha

Flour 3 cup

Salt  1/2 tsp

Ghee 1 tbsp

Water  as required to knead the dough

Ghee for frying

Chutney

Green chili  3 to 4

Mint leaves 1/2 cup

Coriander leave  1/2 cup

Tamarind pulp 1 cup

Cumin crushed 1 tsp 

Garlic clove 3 to 4

Salt  to taste

Onion ring for assembling

Method:

For chicken

  1. Chicken cut into small cubes add red chili powder, yogurt, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, black pepper powder, salt to taste.
  2. Marinade chicken leave for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add marinade chicken and cook chicken.
  4. Heat a piece of coal until you see red hot spots, then place the coal on a piece of onion skin inside your pan, drizzle with a little oil, and immediately cover a pan until the smoke dissipates.

Making paratha:

  1. In a large bowl take flour add salt and ghee mix it well then add water knead it with your palm. leave rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Make parathas and fry them in a pan.

 Method for chutney

  • Blend all the ingredients.

For assembling:

  1. On a flat surface put the paratha on it, topped with chicken onion ring and chutney. 
  2. Roll tightly, Re roll in butter paper.
  3. Serve with extra chutney on the side and mayo garlic.
