Chicken Malai Handi Recipe |

Ingredients:
Chicken boneless breast 1 kg
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts 12
Poppy seed 1 tsp
Sesame seed 2 tbsp
Back pepper powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Cream 3 to 4 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Green chili 2 cut
Salt to taste
Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Grind sesame seed cashew nuts and poppy seed.
- Cut chicken fillet into cubes.
- In a bowl add chicken, yogurt, salt, to taste, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, cream, green chili paste, a mixture of sesame seed poppy seed and nuts mix all the ingredients and marinate chicken for 2 hours.
- In a wok add oil, butter let it melt add marinate chicken leave it on low flame for 20 minutes. or until the chicken is cooked.
- Garnish with green chili and coriander leaves.
- Serve with hot naan.
