Chicken Corn Soup Recipe


      Preparation time   10 Minutes

      Cook time             30 Minutes

      Serve                   3

Ingredients:

Boil chicken 1 cup

Black pepper  1/2 tsp

Boil corn 1/2 cup

Soya sauce to taste

Vinegar to taste

Corn flour 3 to 4 tbsp

Egg white 1

Chicken stock 2 cup

Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil chicken until the chicken is fully cooked, and shredded.
  2. In a pan add chicken stock, add corn cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Add salt, vinegar, soya sauce, and black pepper.
  4. Mix corn flour in 1 cup water and add gradually. cook until desired thickens.
  5. Beat egg white and add while stirring continuously.
  6. Turn off the heat. chicken corn soup is ready.
  7. Serve with soya  sauce, vinegar, and pepper as per taste.
