Chicken badami Qorma Recipe |

Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Onion fried 1 cup
All spice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Green cardamom powder 1 /4 tsp
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Mace powder 1/2 tsp
Almond 18 -20
Method:
- Poppy seed, almond, black cumin add some water blend all the ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan add onion fry until brown.
- Grind half of onion.
- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, yogurt, add grind onion store for 30 minutes set aside, so that chicken is fully marinated.
- In a large pot add marinated chicken fry well add turmeric powder. nutmeg and mace powder cook for half and hour.
- When chicken is tender add almond and poppy seed mixture and fried onion mix well.
- Now add cardamom powder cover and cook. until oil appears on the surface when chicken is ready add kewra water mix and cook 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
- Fry the 10 almonds till golden and keep aside slice in half.
- Garnish the cooked korma fried almonds.
- Serve with naan.
