Chicken And Vegetable Roll Recipe |

Serve 6
Ingredients:
Chicken 250 g
Green onion thinly sliced
Capsicum 2 chopped
Carrot Julian 2
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
All purpose flour 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Roll wrapper as required
Method:
- Boil chicken and shredded it.
- In a large pan add 2 tbsp oil on medium heat.
- Add carrot,onion, cabbage, capsicum, now add chicken stir fry.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt.stir fry 2 minutes combine all the ingredients.
- Taste and adjust seasonings, if required.
- Cool down chicken and vegetable mixture.
- In a bowl add all purpose flour 1 tbsp mix with water 2 tbsp,that will be used to seal the rolls.
- Now take roll wrapper put 2 tablespoon of chicken vegetable mixture in one corner of roll wrapper.
- Fold and roll up tightly.
- Tuck the top edge in and seal it with a little of all purpose flour and water paste.
- Heat oil in a wok on medium heat.
- Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown
- Remove with slotted spoon and drain on kitchen pepper
- Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
