Chicken And Vegetable Roll Recipe


Preparation time    1 Hour

Serve                         6      


Ingredients:

Chicken 250 g

Green onion thinly sliced

Capsicum 2 chopped

Carrot Julian 2

Black pepper 1 tsp

Salt  to taste

Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Vinegar 2 tbsp

Oil for frying

All purpose flour 1 tbsp

Water 2 tbsp

Roll wrapper as required

Method:

  1. Boil chicken and shredded it.
  2. In a large pan add 2 tbsp oil on medium heat.
  3. Add carrot,onion, cabbage, capsicum, now add chicken stir fry.
  4. Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt.stir fry 2 minutes combine all the ingredients.
  5. Taste and adjust seasonings, if required.
  6. Cool down chicken and vegetable mixture.
  7. In a bowl add all purpose flour 1 tbsp mix with water 2 tbsp,that will  be used to seal the rolls.
  8. Now take roll wrapper put 2 tablespoon of chicken vegetable mixture in one corner of roll wrapper.
  9. Fold and roll up tightly.
  10. Tuck the top edge in and seal it with a little of  all purpose flour and water paste.
  11. Heat oil in  a wok on medium heat.
  12. Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown
  13. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on kitchen pepper 
  14. Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
