Beef Shami Kabab Recipe |

Serve 6 6
Ingredients:
Beef 500 g
Split chickpea lentil 1 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Black cardamom 1
Cumin 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 inch stick
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 4 to 5 clove
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Mint leaves 3 tbsp
Green chilies 3 chopped
Onion 1 medium chopped
Method:
- Wash beef, wash lentils few times.
- In large saucepan add beef, split chickpea, ginger garlic, black cardamom, cumin, black pepper, slat, red chili flakes.
- Pour 1 cup water partially cover and cook.
- Beef and lentil cook till soft and tender.
- Ensure water evaporate completely.
- Cool this mixture.
- Transfer to this mixture in a food processor, or chopper. in a chopper make a smooth mixture of meat and split chickpea.
- In a large bowl take kabab mixture,mint leaves, coriander leaves, chopped onion, green chilies chopped, 1 beaten egg mix well.
- Grease your hand make a kabab.
- Shallow fry each kabab on oil until kabab color golden brown.
- Serve hot.
