Beef Mince Potato Chops Recipe |

Ingredients:
Beef mince 400 g
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Tomato Chopped 1 large
Onion 1 large
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tbs
Salt to taste
Coriander leave chopped 3 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 4 to 6
For outer covering
Potato 5 potato
Egg 2
Bread crumb 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
- Boil potato, peel potato, mash potato with potato masher or fork. once mashed add salt to taste.
- Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add fry chopped onion, add ginger garlic paste stir fry few minutes.
- Add beef mince, tomato chopped, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, all spice powder, salt.
- Fry well until meat color change.
- Add water cover and cook till mince is tender.
- Add chopped coriander, green chili, mix it well.
- Cover and cook for few minutes.turn of the flame.
- Mince is ready.
- Make a ball of mashed potato.
- Lightly grease your palm with oil.
- Gently spread it on your palm.
- Add 1 tablespoon of mince on the flattened mash potato.
- Mold potato around the mince into an oval shape.
- Follow these steps until potatoes and mince is complete.
- Coat in egg then in breadcrumbs.
- Shallow fry in oil until golden brown but don,t over fry them it will taste bitter and burnt.
- Once ready ,place them on pepper towel.
- Serve hot,with ketchup or enjoy it as it is.
