Tomato Ketchup Recipe |
Preparation Time 15 Minutes

Ingredients:
Tomato 1 kg
Onion medium
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Brown sugar 5 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Ground all spice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Method:
- Remove the skin and seeds of tomato.
- In a a pan add onion tomato salt, brown sugar, red chili powder, cook without water for 15 minutes.
- Cool and blend.
- Add ginger garlic paste, vinegar 1/4 cup, black pepper let it cook until become thick paste.
- Take of the heat when its done, cool this ketchup.
- Fill its clean dry bottle.
