khoya khulfi Recipe |

Serve 6
Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 cup
Rower (khoya) 250 g
Green cardamom 3 to 4
Almond 2 tbsp chopped
Pistachio 2 tbsp chopped
Method:
- In a pan boil milk add sugar to a simmer until sugar has dissolved.
- Add corn flour in a milk cook over medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes until milk mixture thickens.
- Lower the flame and add rower(khoya).
- Continue cooking the milk on low heat. once the quantity of milk reduces and thickens remove the heat cool down completely for 10 minutes add cardamom, add finally chopped almond and pistachio mix everything.
- Pour the kulfi mixture in a mold and insert Popsicle sticks. and place in freezer for overnight.
- To remove the Popsicle from the mold and serve.
