Khara Masala Qeema Recipe |

Serve 4
Ingredients:
Beef mince 500
Onion 1 large
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper whole 1 tbsp
Cumin seed 1 tbsp
Cinnamon 3 stick
Yogurt 1 cup
Clove 5
Black cardamom 3
Bay leave 3
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Green chili 4 to 5
Salt to taste
Oil 4 to 5 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add onion fry till light golden add ginger garlic paste cook till fragrant.
- Add cumin seed, black cardamom, add red chili flakes, clove, black pepper and cinnamon stick, bay leaves cook for a minutes.
- Add beef mince cook till bit brown.
- Add yogurt.cook till mince tender.
- Add 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves, green chilies mix it and steam it.
- Remove from the stove.
- Serve with naan.
