Khara Masala Qeema Recipe

Ingredients:

Beef mince 500

Onion  1 large

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Black pepper whole 1 tbsp

Cumin seed 1 tbsp

Cinnamon 3 stick

Yogurt 1 cup

Clove 5

Black cardamom 3

Bay leave 3

Red chili flakes 1 tbsp

Green coriander 1/2 bunch

Green chili 4 to 5

Salt to taste

Oil 4 to 5 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan add onion fry till light golden add ginger garlic paste cook till fragrant.
  2. Add cumin seed, black cardamom, add red chili flakes, clove, black pepper and cinnamon stick, bay leaves cook for a minutes. 
  3. Add beef mince cook till bit brown.
  4. Add yogurt.cook till mince tender.
  5. Add 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves, green chilies mix it and steam it.
  6. Remove from the stove.
  7. Serve with naan.
