Homemade Pizza Recipe |

Ingredients:
For chicken
Chicken boneless 500 g
Cumin roasted crushed tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Ground all spice 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
For sauce
Ketchup 1 cup
Oregano 1 tsp
Brown sugar 2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oil tbsp
Salt to taste
For dough
Yeast 1 tsp
All purpose flour 2 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Luke warm water as required
Salt to taste
For pizza topping
Cheddar and mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Onion' medium sliced
Mushroom 1 tbs sliced
Capsicum sliced half
Tomato slice half
Red crushed pepper 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan add chicken add all above ingredients cook till done.
For pizza sauce
Heat oil in a pan add ketchup, red chili powder, salt, vinegar, soya sauce, brown sugar cook it.
For pizza dough
Take a bowl add all purpose flour add salt, make a well in a center add oil, warm water mix the yeast in it mix well keep a aside for 15 minutes.
Yeast has risen add to the flour add it to the flour knead the dough nicely using some water. Keep this dough aside 4 to 5 hours.
Knead the dough once again, pizza dough is ready.
Pizza topping
Roll the pizza dough spread in backing tray.
Spread pizza sauce on it .
Spread cheez, chicken onion, capsicum, tomato sliced, oregano, crushed red pepper, olives. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes on 200 C.
Serve hot.
