Ingredients:
Qeema 1 kg
Coriander powder 3 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Green chili 125 g
Onion 1 large
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Salt to taste
Water 1 cup
Method:
- Take oil in a pan saute slice onion until translucent.
- Add mince, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric, salt and add water cook on low flame until mince is tender. add yogurt cover and cook until oil separate.
- Add green chili cover and let it simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Green chili mince is ready.
