Chany Ki Daal Ghost Recipe

Ingredients:

Mutton 1/2 kg

Split chickpea lentils 250 g

Onion 1 medium

Tomato chopped 2

Red chili powder 2  tbsp

Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

All spice powder 1/2 tsp

Mint leaves 1/2 cup

Green  chilies chopped 2

Salt to taste

Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Soaked split chickpea for 2 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan .
  3. Add onion sliced fry till golden.
  4. Add mutton, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt.
  5. Add soak lentils and 2 cup water cover and cook, till meat and lentils tender.
  6. Add green chilies, mint leaves, all spice powder and serve.
