Beef Seekh Kabab Recipe |

Ingredients:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Beef fat 125 g
Onion chopped 1
Green chili 4
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander powder
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 bunch
Salt to taste
skewer as required
Method:
- In a chopper add beef mince add onion, green chili
- Add onion coriander leaves, chopper well also add beef fat and chopper it.
- Add all spice powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder,and salt in a chopper.1 to 2 minutes chopper well.
- Remove a paste in a Platte.
- Leave for 3 to 4 hours in fridge.
- Put the mince onto skewers in a long kabab shape.
- Now bar b q all kabab on burning coal.
- Grill till golden brown from every side.
- Once the kabab are cooked, remove to a platter and garnish with onion ring .
- Serve with chutney and raita.
