Zinger Burger Recipe

Ingredient:

Chicken fillet 4 to 5

Iceberg lettuce leave 4 to 5

Cheese slice 4 to 5

Mayonnaise as required

Milk  6 tbsp

Egg  2

Black pepper 1 tsp

Mustard paste  1 tsp

Red chili powder 1/2 tsp

White pepper 1 tsp

Bun  4 to 5

Oil as required

Salt to taste

For Coating

Black pepper 1 tsp

Corn flour 1/2 half cup

baking powder 1/2 tsp

salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl whisk the egg and set a side.
  2. Cut the chicken and hammer it.
  3. Take another bowl add dry ingredient, black paper, corn flour, baking powder salt mix them well put them a side.
  4. Apply salt black paper, white paper, mustard paste, red chili powder on both side chicken mix it thoroughly and refrigerate At least 20 minutes.
  5. Rub the dry spices into chicken pieces and dip them into whisk egg repeat this process 3 to 4 times fry chicken till golden.
  6. Take a round  bun put hot milk and then mayonnaise on the buns place the chicken pieces on the buns and lettuce leave and cheese slice. 
  7. Enjoy this crispy zinger burger with french fries and ketchup.
