Zinger Burger Recipe |

Ingredient:
Chicken fillet 4 to 5
Iceberg lettuce leave 4 to 5
Cheese slice 4 to 5
Mayonnaise as required
Milk 6 tbsp
Egg 2
Black pepper 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Bun 4 to 5
Oil as required
Salt to taste
For Coating
Black pepper 1 tsp
Corn flour 1/2 half cup
baking powder 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl whisk the egg and set a side.
- Cut the chicken and hammer it.
- Take another bowl add dry ingredient, black paper, corn flour, baking powder salt mix them well put them a side.
- Apply salt black paper, white paper, mustard paste, red chili powder on both side chicken mix it thoroughly and refrigerate At least 20 minutes.
- Rub the dry spices into chicken pieces and dip them into whisk egg repeat this process 3 to 4 times fry chicken till golden.
- Take a round bun put hot milk and then mayonnaise on the buns place the chicken pieces on the buns and lettuce leave and cheese slice.
- Enjoy this crispy zinger burger with french fries and ketchup.
