Ingredients:

Dry milk  1 cup without sugar

Milk  1 liter

Baking powder  2  tsp

Green cardamom  1/2 tsp

Pistachio  and almond for garnishing

Egg  1

Sugar  3/4 cup

Oil  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil milk in a saucepan.
  2. In a mixing bowl add dry milk, baking powder, oil egg, green cardamom, knead well.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls. 
  4. Heat the milk with sugar and small cardamom powder till it gets a boil, when get to boil and sugar dissolves.
  5. Gently add them to the milk and cook on a low flame until dough ball has expanded and risen to the top.
  6. The milk turns the flame off.
  7. pour in a dish, garish with almonds, pistachios, chill before serving.
