Ingredients:

 Semolina    300 gram

 Sugar         125 gram

 Dried date  100 gram

 Almond      100 gram

 Pistachios  100 gram

 Walnuts     100 gram

 Coconuts   100 gram

Ghee(as needed)

Method:
  1. In a pan roast the all dry fruit, remove and set aside.
  2. Add ghee in fry pan. 
  3. Add the semolina to the ghee fry this well stirring often until it become dark fragrant. this can up to 12 minutes, remove the heat and add sugar, mix roasted dry fruit.
