Ingredient:
Beef mince 500 g
Oil 1 cup
Hole coriander crushed 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chili flacks 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Onion 2
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato 2
Green chili chopped 3 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
Ginger Julian for garnish
Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil on a pan fry onion only stir 1 minute add ginger garlic paste, and green chili, add mince and stir fry on medium heat. Add tomatoes and all the ingredients cook until the tomato mushy.
- Cook and the oil starts separating, garnish with Julian ginger and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with roti.
