Ingredient:

Beef mince 500 g

Oil 1 cup

Hole coriander crushed 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Red chili flacks 1 tsp

Cumin 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

All spice powder  1 tsp

Onion 2

Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp

Tomato  2

Green chili  chopped 3 tbsp

Red chili powder 1 tsp

Coriander leaves for garnish

Ginger Julian  for garnish

Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil on a pan fry onion only stir 1 minute add ginger garlic paste, and green chili, add mince and stir fry on medium heat. Add tomatoes and all the ingredients cook until the tomato mushy.
  2. Cook and the oil starts separating, garnish with Julian ginger and coriander leaves.
  3. Serve hot with roti.
