Hara Masala Chicken Recipe |

Serve 4
Chicken 1 kg
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green coriander 1 bunch
Green chilies 8
Onion 2
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
- In a blender add yogurt, green coriander and green chili, ginger garlic paste blend together, make a chutney.
- In a pan add oil and fry chutney add salt in it. cook it till the water dries.
- In a pan add oil and add onion and fry till golden brown and separate it
- In another pan add oil add chicken, crushed black pepper, fried onion, lemon juice mix and fry and add green chutney cook it for 15-20 minutes at which point your chicken should be cooked through and the oil should have risen over the masala.
- Garnish with some fresh ginger or green chili.
- Serve with rice and roti.
