Doodh Dulari  Recipe

Ingredients:

Milk 1 liter

Colored vermicelli 1/2 cup

Condensed milk  1/2 cup

Corn flour 1 tbs

Strawberry jelly 1 packet

Green jelly 1 packet

Cream 1 cup

 Fruit cocktail  1 cup

Cham Cham 100 gram

Almond and Pistachio 1/2 cup

Sugar 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil milk once boil add sugar and colored vermicelli.
  2. When vermicelli is cook, add corn flour to half cup cold milk and add this mixture to the boil milk.
  3. Keep stirring the spoon.
  4. When milk is thickens, now remove it from stove and wait for it to cool dawn.
  5. Now add condensed milk and cream mix it.
  6. This mixture moved to a serving dish.
  7. Strawberry jelly and green jelly cut into small piece.
  8. In serving dish add jelly fruit cocktail, cham cham, almond and pistachio mix well.
  9. Garnish with jelly cham cham and pistachio and almond chill in refrigerator.
  10. Doodh dulari is ready to served.
  11. Served chilled.
