Doodh Dulari Recipe |

Serve 4
Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Colored vermicelli 1/2 cup
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Corn flour 1 tbs
Strawberry jelly 1 packet
Green jelly 1 packet
Cream 1 cup
Fruit cocktail 1 cup
Cham Cham 100 gram
Almond and Pistachio 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Method:
- Boil milk once boil add sugar and colored vermicelli.
- When vermicelli is cook, add corn flour to half cup cold milk and add this mixture to the boil milk.
- Keep stirring the spoon.
- When milk is thickens, now remove it from stove and wait for it to cool dawn.
- Now add condensed milk and cream mix it.
- This mixture moved to a serving dish.
- Strawberry jelly and green jelly cut into small piece.
- In serving dish add jelly fruit cocktail, cham cham, almond and pistachio mix well.
- Garnish with jelly cham cham and pistachio and almond chill in refrigerator.
- Doodh dulari is ready to served.
- Served chilled.
