Chicken Reshmi Kabab Recipe |

Serve 4
Ingredients:
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Onion chopped 2
Green coriander chopped 1/ 2 bunched
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped 4
Cumin roasted and grounded 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Papaya paste 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in to chicken mince marinate it for half an hour.
- Grease hand with oil take a mixture make kabab and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a grill pan/ frying pan, add oil fry kabab on low flame until done.
- Serve with naan and salad and chatni.
