Ingredient:
Chicken half kg into 8 pieces
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Crush red chili 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Juice of lemon 2 tbsp
Plain flour 1 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut chicken into 8 piece.
- In a pan heat 4 tbsp oil stir ginger garlic paste.
- Add chicken pieces in it and keep stir 3 to 4 minutes.
- lower the flame include chili powder, crush red chili, turmeric powder, and salt.
- cover the pan with little or allow cooking 15 to 20 minutes or until meat tender in a separate bowl add plain flour, corn flour, lemon juice, beaten egg, and black pepper mix all the ingredients an for soak better coat. Chicken in plain flour dip in prepared.
