Ingredient:

Chicken 1 hole 

Cumin seed crushed 1/2 tsp

Yogurt   250 g

Red chili powder 2 tbsp

Vinegar 1 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp

Black paper crushed 1/2 tsp

Chat masala 1 tbsp

Mixture of ground spice 1 tsp

Turmeric  1 tsp

lemon 2  

Yellow food color little bit

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

    Method:

(To get rid of any chicken smell or blood treat chicken with vinegar for 15 minutes, wash, and dry paper towel.)

  1. Wash the whole chicken and drain. Now deep cut the chicken.
  2. In a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon all the ingredients to form a smooth paste.
  3. Put this masala over the chicken.
  4. Marinate for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, cook chicken in a deep pan without adding water until own water dries.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan fry chicken on low flame for 10 minutes or until its color till golden brown.
  7. Remove chicken from the oil.
  8. Squeeze lemon juice on it.
  9. Then places the crispy fried chicken on the platter and serve with naan or bread.
