Ingredient:
Chicken 1 hole
Cumin seed crushed 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 250 g
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Black paper crushed 1/2 tsp
Chat masala 1 tbsp
Mixture of ground spice 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
lemon 2
Yellow food color little bit
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
(To get rid of any chicken smell or blood treat chicken with vinegar for 15 minutes, wash, and dry paper towel.)
- Wash the whole chicken and drain. Now deep cut the chicken.
- In a bowl add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon all the ingredients to form a smooth paste.
- Put this masala over the chicken.
- Marinate for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, cook chicken in a deep pan without adding water until own water dries.
- Heat oil in a deep pan fry chicken on low flame for 10 minutes or until its color till golden brown.
- Remove chicken from the oil.
- Squeeze lemon juice on it.
- Then places the crispy fried chicken on the platter and serve with naan or bread.
