Chapli Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

Beef mince 1/2 kg 

Red chili flakes 2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Coriander  seed crushed 1 tbs p

Cumin Crushed  1 tbsp

Black pepper  crushed  1 tsp

Tomato  2 chopped

Coriander leaves  1/2 bunch

Green chili  4 chopped

Egg 1

Pomegranate seed 2 tbsp

Maize flour  3 tbsp

Onion 1 chopped

All spice powder 1 tbsp

Salt to taste 

Oil for frying

Method:

  1. In a bowl take mince and add cumin seed , red chili flakes, coriander seed, cumin crushed, black pepper crushed, coriander leaves 1/2 bunch, green chili 4, pomegranate seed, all spice powder and salt to taste.
  2. Finally chopped tomato, onion, then add egg, maize flour, ginger garlic paste mix very well.
  3. Cover it and refrigerate it for half and hour.
  4. Make a thin flat kabab.
  5. Heat some oil in a pan add kabab and shallow fry them until golden brown.
  6. serve it with raita and chutney.
