Ingredient
Beef 1 kg
Mustard oil 4 tsp
Red chili powder 3 tbsp
All spice powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Raw papaya 4 tbsp
Fried onion grounded 2
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 8 tsp
Coal for bbq
Skewer as requiredMethod:
- Cut and crush beef in strip style.
- Add all the above ingredient except oil to the meat and leave it for three to four hours.
- Put the meat on skewer (seekh) and cook on coal till meat is tender.
- You can apply oil to the meat with cooking brush serve the dish hot and enjoy maximum taste.
