Ingredient :
Beef mince 500 g
Onion 2
Clove 5
Cinnamon 1 stick
Black pepper 10
Small cardamom 3
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Green chili slice 4
Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/ 2 cup
Method :
- In a pan heat the oil and add onion fry medium heat until light golden.
- Reduce heat add ginger garlic paste, all spices, beef mince and salt and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water bring to a simmer cover the lid beef and cook for 30 minutes.
- Add yogurt and stir continuously on medium-low heat cook for 8 minutes.
- Remove heat garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fresh chilies.
