Beef Qeema Recipe

Ingredient :

Beef mince 500 g

Onion 2

Clove 5

 Cinnamon 1 stick

Black pepper 10

Small cardamom 3

Cumin 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Green chili slice 4

Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp

Yogurt 1 cup

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Oil  1/ 2 cup

Method :

  1. In a pan heat the oil and add onion fry medium heat until light golden.
  2. Reduce heat add ginger garlic paste, all spices, beef mince and salt and fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add 2 cups of water bring to a simmer cover the lid beef and cook for 30 minutes.
  4.  Add yogurt and stir continuously on medium-low heat cook for 8 minutes.
  5. Remove heat garnish with fresh coriander leaves and fresh chilies.
