Ingredients:

Mutton  500 g

Onion  2 sliced

Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp

Clove  3

Cinnamon stick 1

Green cardamom  3

Cumin seed  1 tsp

Back pepper  1/2 tsp

Bay leaf  1

Red chili powder  1 tsp

Coriander powder  1 tsp

Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp

Yogurt   1/2 cup

All spice powder  1/2 tsp

Green chili   2 cut

Coriander leaves for garnish

Salt to taste

Oil  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan add onion fry till light golden.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell has gone. about (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the mutton pieces and fry well till all water has dried out and mutton till light golden brown.
  4. Then add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed, cinnamon, black pepper, bay leaf, clove, cardamom, and a cup of water.
  5. Cook on low heat for 2 hours till the mutton is soft and tender.
  6. Once the mutton is done, yogurt and cook till water gravy separate oil.
  7. Add all spice powder, green chili, coriander leaves stir well .cook 1,2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with roti.
