Khara Masala Ghost Recipe |

Ingredients:
Mutton 500 g
Onion 2 sliced
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Clove 3
Cinnamon stick 1
Green cardamom 3
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Back pepper 1/2 tsp
Bay leaf 1
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Green chili 2 cut
Coriander leaves for garnish
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add onion fry till light golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smell has gone. about (2-3 minutes).
- Add the mutton pieces and fry well till all water has dried out and mutton till light golden brown.
- Then add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin seed, cinnamon, black pepper, bay leaf, clove, cardamom, and a cup of water.
- Cook on low heat for 2 hours till the mutton is soft and tender.
- Once the mutton is done, yogurt and cook till water gravy separate oil.
- Add all spice powder, green chili, coriander leaves stir well .cook 1,2 minutes.
- Serve hot with roti.
