Brain Masala / Maghaz Fry Recipe |

Ingredients:
Brain 1
Onion 1 chopped
Green chili 2 chopped
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Tomatoes 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Ginger julienne for garnish
Salt to taste
Oil 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves handful
Garlic clove 3 to 4
Black peppercorn 4 to 5
Water as required
Method:
- Boil the brain with garlic clove and black peppercorn for about a few minutes. drain, clean, de-vain, and make small pieces.
- In a pan, heat oil and add onion fry until golden add ginger garlic paste.
- Add tomatoes and fry until they are soft.
- Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt add water in between to avoid burning of spices. stir about 2 minutes.
- Add brain and fry them for 8 to 10 minutes until oil separates.
- Sprinkle all spice powder, ginger, green chilies, lemon juice, and coriander leaves cook for a minute.
- Brain masala is ready to serve.
