Ingredients:

Brain  1

Onion 1 chopped

Green chili  2 chopped

Turmeric  1/2 tsp

All spice powder  1 tsp

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Tomatoes  2 medium

Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp

Red chili powder  1 tsp

Coriander powder  1 tsp

Ginger julienne for garnish

Salt to taste

Oil 1/4 cup

Coriander leaves handful

Garlic clove  3 to 4

Black peppercorn  4 to 5

Water as required

Method:

  1. Boil the brain with garlic clove and black peppercorn for about a few minutes. drain, clean, de-vain, and make small pieces.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and add onion fry until golden add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add tomatoes and fry until they are soft.
  4. Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt add water in between to avoid burning of spices. stir about 2 minutes.
  5. Add brain and fry them for 8 to 10 minutes until oil separates.
  6. Sprinkle all spice powder, ginger, green chilies, lemon juice, and coriander leaves cook for a minute.
  7. Brain masala is ready to serve.
