Ingredients:
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Crushed coriander seed 1 tsp
Crushed cumin seed 1 tsp
Pomegranate seed 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Green chili chopped 2 chopped
Onion 1 chopped
Tomatoes 2 chopped
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
All spice powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method:
- Add chicken mince in a bowl, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, green chili, egg, red chili flakes, butter, coriander seed crushed, cumin seed crushed, pomegranate seed, all spice powder, wheat flour, coriander leaves, coriander powder and salt mix well using your hand or with fork
- Wet your palm with a little oil or water and shape the chicken mixture into round patties.
- Place a frying pan on high heat add oil, place a kabab into the hot oil, and fry over medium heat until golden on both sides. it should take you about 10 minutes or a little more.
- Remove the kabab with a slotted spoon, allowing the oil to drain, then place it on a plate on kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Note:
- To keep the chicken chapli kabab moist and juicy do cover them lightly and store them before serving.
