Ingredients:

Pineapple  frozen or fresh    1 cup

Milk    1 cup

Banana     1

Ice cube as required

Honey  2 tsp

Method:

  1. In a blender add milk, pineapple chunks, banana, honey and ice cube blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into serving glasses.
  3. Garnish with pineapple wedges, serve chilled.
