ingredients: 

Sapota/Sapodilla /Chikoo   4

Milk  250 ml

Dates  6

Ice cube as required

Method:

  1. Wash and chop the date and soak it in warm milk for half an hour.
  2. Wash and peel of sapota and cut them into small equal pieces.
  3. In a blender add date and sapota, and grind to make a smooth paste.
  4. Add  milk and an ice cube and blend again for about a minute.
  5. Pour sapota and date shake into glasses.
  6. Serve and enjoy!


Note:

  • Add of sugar is optional for a sweeter taste.
  • You can also add dry fruit while blending to increase its nutritional benefits.
