Chicken Tikka Samosa Recipe |

Ingredients:
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Red chili powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves handful
Onion 1 chopped
Green chili 4 thinly sliced
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Samosa sheet as required

Method:
- In a bowl add mince, ginger garlic paste, tikka masala, red chili powder, all spice powder, turmeric powder, and salt, mix everything and marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a wok add oil and turn it on at medium flame add water and leave it to cook. Once it is tender and cooked, remove it from the stove and shift it to a bowl.
- In a bowl, keep the heated coal for a smoky effect.
- Now add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chili and mix everything.
- Add 1 tbsp of filling to each samosa strip and seal with the flour slurry.
- In a wok heat oil fry samosa until crispy and golden brown.
- Make a flour slurry by mixing flour with about 1/2 cup water.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
