Staffed Mirch Pakora Recipe / Green Chilli Fritters |

Ingredients:
Large green chili 15
Chaat masala 6 tsp
Cumin seed crushed 1/2 tsp
Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Ingredient for batter
Gram flour 2 cup
Salt
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Water as required
Method:
- Rinse green chilies thoroughly in water. Cut open the green chilies along with their length such that they are open from one side only. This is done to remove the seeds from it.
To make stuffing :
- In a bowl add chaat masala, tamarind pulp, cumin seed crushed, red chili powder, and salt all are mixed.
To make the batter:
- In a bowl add gram flour, red chili powder, and salt. Add water to make a thick batter and set aside.
Stuffed chili pakora:
- Fill green chilies with stuffing, take each stuffed green chili, and dip chili in the batter .evenly coat chilies with batter.
- Heat oil in a wok. When oil is medium-hot.Then add the batter-coated chilies in the medium hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown in color and crisp.do not overcrowd the pan. Fry in batches depending on the size of the wok.
- Drain out the chilies onto the kitchen paper towel to remove the excess oil.
- Serve with ketchup.
- Stuffed mirch pakora is ready to serve.
Note:
- If you use the regular variety of small to medium sized green chilies then the pakora will become very spicy. Use the bigger variety of green chilie that are not spicy or hot to make this recipe.
