In a mixing bowl add gram flour, red chili powder, crushed black pepper, chaat masala, turmeric powder, corn flour, and salt.
Mix to a smooth thick batter without any lumps.
Take cheese cube processed cheese or mozzarella cheese. Do not that the cheese cubes have to be removed directly from the fridge and then sliced. Do not use cheese cubes which are at room temperature.
Heat oil in a wok .Take cheese cubes and dip them in this batter make sure that is evenly coating the cheese cube from all sides and then drop it in the oil but before you do that, check if the oil is ready.
So just add one drop of the batter and drop it in the oil and if it comes up immediately that means the oil is ready for frying.
Now add cheese cube and fry till pakora turns golden brown. From all sides, you might have to occasionally gently stir it.
Place them on a kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil.
