Bread Rasmalai Recipe |

Ingredients:
Milk whole 1 liter
Condensed milk 1 cup
Bread slice 6
Almond slice handful
Pistachio slice handful
Cashew nuts handful
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- In a large pan add milk bring it to a boil. add 1 cup condensed milk.
- Stir well and get the milk to boil.also reduce the flame to medium and once a layer of cream is formed over the milk, stick it to sides of vessel.
- Boil until it reduces to 1/3 of its original quantity.
- Add cardamom powder, almond,cashew nuts and pistachio
- Simmer for 5 minutes, add milk solids collected on solids of the sides of the pan back to thickened milk and turn off the heat.
- Allow the thickened milk to cool down to room temperature.
- Now cut the bread into round pieces with the help of cookie cutter or glass.
- When thickened milk is almost cooled down,dip and coat both sides of bread with thickened milk, transfer to a serving bowl,add more thickened milk on top of bread slices.
- Garnish with almond ,cashew and pistachio.
- Serve bread rasmalai chilled or hot.
Note:
- Serve the bread rasmalai immediately, as bread turns too soggy and chewy once soak in milk.
- Bread rasmalai taste great when prepared with fresh bread.
- Bread rasmalai taste best when served chilled.
- For great taste and color, always use white sandwich bread.
- Prepare rabdi on low to medium flame, else the milk might burn and taste bitter.
