Chicken Pakora Recipe |

Serve 4
Ingredients:
Chicken boneless 250 g
Gram flour (besan ) 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Cumin seed roasted and crushed 1/2 tsp
Coriander seed 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
Onion chopped 2 tbsp chopped
Green chili 2
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Water as required
Oil for frying
Method:
- In a bowl add gram flour, baking soda, red chili powder, green chili, coriander leaves, chaat masala, coriander seed, salt, cumin seed, and onion and mix well.
- Gradually add water to perform batter.
- Cut chicken into strips or cubes.
- Add chicken to a bowl, and mix everything well. The batter should be thick.
- Heat oil in a wok, deep fry chicken pakora, in batches.
- Cook 5 to 6 minutes on low flame until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain the cooked pakora on kitchen paper and sprinkle chaat masala.
- Serve chicken pakora with green chutney and chili garlic dip.
Note:
- Do not fry these in very hot oil will brown them too very quickly from the outside without cooking them inside.
