Chicken Macaroni Salad Recipe |

Serve 4
Ingredients:
Elbow macaroni 2 cup
Chicken shredded 1 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Green onion 1 cup
Green bell pepper 1/4 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Red chili sauce 1 tbsp
Method:
- Boil water and add salt and add macaroni ,boil 8 to 10 minutes.
- Strain the macaroni and set a side.
- In a pot add chicken and fill with water just enough to cover it. add a little salt and bring it to boil, cook until meat is cook.
- Remove from heat and drain and shred meat using fork or hand.and set aside.
- Chop the green bell pepper, carrot and green onion keep aside.
- In a bowl add mayonnaise, mustard paste salt black pepper crushed, white vinegar, red chili sauce and whisk well.
- Add elbow macaroni, chicken, carrot, green onion, green bell pepper mix well.
- Chicken macaroni salad is ready to served.
