Bhindi Fry Masala ( Okra/ Ladyfinger) Recipe |

Ingredients:
Bhindi/ladyfinger/ okra 250 g
Onion 1
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes chopped 2 medium
All spice powder 1 /4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Green chili 2
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Rinse okra under running water and dry, chop of both of end and discard them, cut okra in small pieces.
- Oil in fry pan on medium heat fry okra for about 10 minutes it stop being sticky remove from heat and transfer them in a plate and set aside.
- In the same pan add remaining oil add onion, cumin seed, garlic fry on medium heat until lightly golden.
- Add tomatoes and fry on high heat till they begin to soften and break down, add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, saute until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Once the masala is ready, add fried okra and stir gently on medium heat mixed well, cover and cook okra until turns tender and until the okra is cooked to your desired consistency.
- Okra is ready, add green chili slit and all spice powder.
- Serve with roti.
