Aloo Ka Paratha Recipe(Potato Paratha) |

Ingredients:
Potato 3 to 4
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander seed
Onion 1 small
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Green chili 2
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ghee as required
Dough
Wheat flour 2 cup
Salt as required
Water as required for kneading
Method:
- Boil potato, peel them, and mash potatoes well.
- In a large bowl add mash potatoes add chopped onion, red chili powder, cumin seed, coriander seed, chopped green coriander, all spice powder, chopped green chili and salt, give it a good mix, stuffing is ready.
- In a large bowl add wheat flour add salt add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
- Cover and keep the dough aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Make a two small medium balls of the dough and roll and give them a round shape with the help of rolling pin and set aside.
- Roll out another dough same size.
- One of the rolled dough circle, place the potato stuffing in the center, gently place the second circle on top. seal edges with your fingertips.
- Dust some flour on the stuffed paratha and roll into round shape with the help of rolling pin or about same size of a normal roti or chapati.
- On hot tawa place the rolled paratha roast the paratha, cooking them on both side with a spoonful ghee.
- Roast them both side on low flame and they are slightly crispy, apply ghee on both side.
- Flip again once or twice till both the side of aloo paratha are cooked properly.
- Aloo paratha is ready.
- You can serve aloo paratha with mango pickle green chutney, and yogurt.
Note
- Always cut onion, chilies, coriander leaves very finely.
- Potato should be mashed very well.
