Ingredients:

For Kofta

Beef mince   1/2 kg

Onion 1 medium

Red chili powder  1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp

Bread slice   1

Green chili  5 to 6 

Chickpeas roasted 1 tbsp

Green coriander  1/2 cup

All spice powder  1 tsp

Salt  to taste

For Biryani Masala

Rice   2 Cup

Black pepper  2 to 3 corn

Clove   2 to 3

Black cardamom   1

Green cardamom  2 to 3

Cumin seeds   1 tsp

Green chili   4

Onion  2 medium

Yogurt  1/2 cup

Tomato  2

Lemon  2

 Bay leave  2

Cinnamon stick  1 stick

Red chili powder  2 tsp 

Coriander powder  1 tsp

Turmeric powder   1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp

Coriander leaves handful

Mint leaves  1 /2 bunch

Yellow food color 1/2 tsp

Salt  to taste

Oil    1 cup

Water as required

Method:

For Kofta

  1. In chopper add beef mince, onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, roasted chickpeas. all spice powder, bread slice, coriander leaves and salt  chop until well combine.
  2. Grease your and with oil,take a mixture make a meat ball, set a side.
  3. In a pan add oil shallow fry meat ball.

For Biryani

  1. Heat oil in a pan add onion fry till golden brown.
  2. Now add black pepper corn, clove, cinnamon stick, cardamom, black cardamom, cumin seed bay leave mix well.
  3. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  4. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt green chilies, add yogurt and mix well cook on high flame until oil separates.
  5. Add fried meat balls.in a pan leave it for a minutes.
  6. Boil 2 cup rice in a pan with salt. cook till they are 3/4 done.
  7. Remove rice from water.
  8. Now grease a pan and spread rice evenly on its base.
  9. Now spread a layer of kofta masla sprinkle coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, lemon slice.
  10. Spread another layer of rice and pour yellow food color cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  11. Kofta biryani is ready
  12. Serve hot with salad and raita.
