CHICKEN CORN SOUP
 Chicken Corn Soup with home -made Chinese sauce Recipe Winter Special

Preparation Time   10 Minutes

Cook Time              30 Minutes

Serve                         4 

Ingredients:

Chicken  stock 4 cup

Chicken shreds 1/2 cup

Garlic  2 clove

Black pepper  1 tsp

Cream corn  1 cup

Vinegar as needed

Soya sauce as needed

Chili sauce as needed

Corn flour  1/4 cup

Egg   2 beaten

Salt  to taste

Oil   1 tsp

Water as required


Chinese Sauce 

 Soya sauce 1/2 cup

Worcestershire sauce   1/4 cup

White pepper powder 1/2  tsp

Corn flour for thickening as required


Method:

Preparation of Chicken Stock

  1. Take 4 cups water in a pan and add chicken with bone in it.
  2. Add salt and black pepper to it.
  3. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. chicken should shred easily.
  4. The chicken is done remove it from the pan and shred it.
  5. Strain the stock.
  6. Chicken stock is ready.

Home- made Chinese Sauce Recipe

  1. Make home made Chinese sauce by adding soya sauce,Worcestershire sauce, white pepper powder, and corn flour in a saucepan.  
  2. Cooking till it thickens and boils.
  3. Remove and cool and store in a jar.
  4. Ready to use in soup.

Preparation of Chicken Corn Soup

  1. In a large pot heat oil and saute chopped garlic and add chicken to it.
  2. Now add chicken stock and cream corn in it.
  3. add salt and black pepper, vinegar as needed simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Combine corn flour with cold water and mix well now gradually add corn flour mixture and stir continuously while cooking. while cooking until the soup is thickened
  5. Add soya sauce and mix it well.
  6. Beat an egg and pour slowly into the soup continue stirring to prevent the egg from forming.
  7. Now soup is ready transfer a serving bowl.
  8. Serve with home made Chinese sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar.

Note

  • If you don't want  cream corn, cook the whole kernel corn with chicken stock or just take whole kernel corn in a food processor or blender until it's mostly blended and add it to the soup.
