Ingredients:

Green chili   10 to 15

 Poppy seed  1 tsp

Sesame seed  1 tsp

Peanut  2 tbsp

Cumin roasted  1 tbsp

Fenugreek seed  1 tsp

 Coconut  4 tbsp

Curry leave 5 to 6

Coriander powder   1 tsp

Red chili powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Carom seed  1/4 tsp 

Mustard seed 1 tsp

Tamarind pulp  1 cup

Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp

Tomato  1 medium

Onion   2 medium

Nigella sativa  1 /4 tsp

Green coriander  2 tbsp

Salt  to taste

Water  2 cup

Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a pan add peanuts in a low flame until they crunchy.
  2. Add sesame seed, poppy seed, coconuts dry roast. set a aside.
  3. slit all the chilies lengthwise remove seed carefully.
  4. In a blender add onion, tomato and roasted ingredients add water blend all the ingredients.
  5. Make a coarse thick paste.
  6. In a wok  heat oil and saute chilies on medium flame until green color of chilies turns in light brown. keep a side.
  7. In the same oil, add cumin seed, carom seed, curry leave, mustard seed, fenugreek seed roast all the ingredient.
  8. Add onion, tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, add nigella seed.
  9. Add roasted ingredient, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt cover and cook until the water dries. until oil separate.
  10. Add tamarind pulp add water, add green chili cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  12. Delicious Hyderabadi mercho ka salan ready to serve.
