KACHCHE GHOST KI BIRYANI
Kachche Ghost Ki Biryani  Recipe

Ingredients:

For marination

Chicken 1 kg

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Yogurt 1  cup

all spice powder  1/2 tsp

Raw papaya 2 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder 2 tsp

Red chili powder 3 tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

For biryani masala

Bay leaves 2

Black pepper 1 tsp

Clove 5 to 6

Cinnamon  2 stick

 Whole cumin 1 tsp

Big cardamom 2 to 3

Small cardamom 5 to 6

Lemon slice  1

Green chili  5 to 6

Green coriander 1/2 bunch

Mint leaves 1/2 bunch

Tomato 2 

Onion 2  sliced

Oil 1/2 cup

Salt to taste

Rice 500 g

Water as required

Yellow food color 1 /4 tsp

Kewra water  1/2 tsp

Method:

Chicken marination

Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, yogurt, all spice powder, raw papaya, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Red chili powder, cumin powder salt for 1 hour.

For rice preparation

Boil water in a separate pan add salt. then add rice and wait for 1 full boil, after that strain them, throw all water.

Vegetable cutting

Cut all vegetables the lemon into slice,chopped tomato ,coriander leave and mint leaves, green chilies.


Cooking biryani

  1. Add oil in a pan with slice of onion, fry onion to golden brown, then take them out set a side and turn off the heat.
  2. In a pan add cinnamon stick, black pepper, clove, green cardamom, bay leaves, big cardamom, cumin .
  3. Add marinated chicken on it
  4. Now add tomato slice, lemon slice, mint leaves,coriander leaves, green chilies half of fried onion on it.
  5. Place layer f boil rice on marinated chicken and vegetables.
  6. Add kewra water and yellow food dissolved in water and half of fried onion on it.
  7. Cover and increase heat until you see steam coming out of the pan, then turn the heat slow and cook it for 25 minutes.
  8. Biryani is ready.
